Jewelry Close Up, Bloglovin Collective, and Maybe a Giveaway?

I received a few questions about the jewelry I was wearing in my Fancy Pj post so I thought I’d do a few close ups.

There really is no good way to do necklace close ups… sorry for the boob shots.

I’ve actually worn a few different jewelry combinations with this dress (I’ve worn this dress a lot) but this time decided to go with a navy necklace.  I love this necklace from Old Navy, but for some reason I never wear it.  It never looks quite right to me.  So glad I decided to try it out with this dress because I love it.  When I go big on necklaces, I prefer to go small on earrings so I went with gold heart studs from Lucky.  They were a gift from my college roommate and I think of her every time I wear them (hey, Ashley!).  Finally, the bracelet.  I wanted to tie the gold in with a little wrist bling and this spiral Bardot bracelet from Stella & Dot is an easy accessory.  It makes it look like you layered even though you didn’t!  Fashion made easy.

This is another dress I wear a lot and always try out different jewelry.  I love to wear these purple Serenity Drop earrings from Stella & Dot for an additional pop of color.  This time I went with the Odette earrings from Stella & Dot.  When I picked these earrings out online I wasn’t sure how I would feel about them.  I love hoops, but I like small hoops.  You might describe these as small, but they’re big for me!  And I am so glad I got them.  They are a really easy way to dress up a simple tshirt and classic enough to go with anything.  (they come in a smaller gold version if that’s more you’re style)

Even though I’m wearing a lot of blue in this post I’m actually not the biggest blue fan.  I love the classic and easy pairing of blue and grey which is why I decided to go blue in this outfit.  The length of this necklace is perfect for the longer sweater and dresses up a comfy errand-running outfit.  I decided to pair it with my topaz ring that was a gift from my Grandmom.  It was actually her ring and she gave it to me because she knows how much I love topaz.  I also love the vine-like band.
